Board Meeting Minutes: February 8th, 2022
7:00 pm Farmington Community Center
Board Members:
Present: P. Anthony, C. Castrogiovanni, J. Craigin, C. Contreras, R. Frey, L. Gezelman, C. Scully, R.St. Pierre, H. Monnerat, A.J. Singh.
Absent: M. Duchow
Quorum present? Yes
Proceedings:
- Meeting called to order at 7:02 p.m. by President L. Gezelman.
- Vote to approve January meeting minutes. Motion made by H. Monerrat, Second by J.Craigin.
- The President solicited items for new business.
Treasurer’s Report – The treasurer’s report was presented by A.J. Singh. $130,350.34 net per the report. The budget will be put together with our current tax rate and a proposed increased rate.
Tax Collector Report – Report was placed on the record.
Lake Report – The lake treatment contractor has been paid and will be seeking state permits.
Encroachment Committee – N/A
Event Committee Report
-Easter Egg Hunt date was proposed for April 9th at 10:30 am at Children’s Beach.
-Outdoor Movie Night will be on May 20th at Children’s beach at 7:00pm. Rain date May 21st.
-Regatta/Picnic will be on September 10th at 11:00am at Battistoni Beach.
Old Business: N/A
New Business:
-L. Gezelman presented quotes for outside landscaping companies to maintain lake property.

Motion to adjourn the meeting by C. Anthony and seconded by A.J. Singh Motion passed.
Meeting adjourned at 7:44 PM.
Next meeting March 8th at 7:00 Farmington Community Center.
