Present: C. Castrogiovanni, M. Duchow, R. Frey, L. Gezelman, H. Monnerat, C. Scully, R. St. Pierre, A.J. Singh.

Absent: P. Anthony, C. Contreras, J. Craigin.

Quorum present? Yes

Proceedings:

Meeting called to order at 7:10 p.m. by President L. Gezelman.
Vote to approve April meeting minutes. Motion made by M. Duchow, Second by C. Scully.
Motion passed.
The President solicited items for new business.

Treasurer’s Report – Report presented by A.J. Singh. The report will be placed on file.

Tax Collector Report – Report presented by M. Duchow. The report will be placed on file.

-Motion for a fire pit at the outdoor movie night was made by C. Castrogiovanni. Second by R. St. Pierre. Motion passed.
